The 2004 world record pumpkin was grown by Al Eaton and weighed 1446 pounds.

Here is the 2002 World Record Pumkin. It weighed 1337.6 pounds.
It was grown by Charlie Houghton of New Hampshire. Pictured above, his wife Kathy accepts the award in his absence.
